Five for Friday

I'm linking up with Doodlebugs Teaching so share a quick peak at our week!

We learned all about Polar Bears this week using Guiding Readers, and this free polar bear craft from First Grade Blue Skies was perfect for our FOURTH DAY IN A ROW of indoor recess!

We started our Science and Math fair project this week. The kids were all fairly confident that Blue M&Ms were most common, but our sorting and counting told us otherwise! Never have I wanted to eat science data so badly...

This week was also Literacy week and we had some excellent guest readers come and read to us!

Here's another fun project we did on one of our MANY rainy days this week! This one is from A Year of Many Firsts.

I'm ALMOST ready to share my classroom reveal (better late than never?) and I couldn't be more excited!!

  1. I thought I was the only one in blog-land who hadn't posted a classroom reveal yet. Haha. I've taken pictures, but haven't gotten around to posting yet. Can't wait to see yours! The parts that I can see in this post look great!
